If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 28 days return policy for exchanges and refunds. Please notify us by email before sending back your item(s). To receive a full refund, you need to return your item(s) within 28 days of the original purchase date, in saleable condition, with the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping costs unless we delivered the order to you in error or the item is defective. To do this we would have to increase the price of our products and we don’t want to cost you more money by doing this.
We will not be held the responsibility for any returns that do not reach us, so please use a tracked method of delivery that allows you to get a tracking number. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, we will refund (or charge) the price difference and ship the new item to you. An exchange will be sent between 1 - 2 working days after the returned item is received. If the requested exchange is not available, you will be contacted and refunded for your purchase.
